Impressed

My first time at Eterna Med spa was a great experience. I had gotten the acne facial and I was impressed with how much went into it. The esthetician was super nice and went into great detail about the facial itself. She also had examined my skin and told me why she was using the products she was. You could tell she really knew what she was talking about. I was pleased and will be back soon!

Definately going again!

Had a customized facial done today and it was amazing! She was so gentle with my skin and the staff is super nice. Definitely going there again! Was so relaxing. 10/10

First time getting a facial and it was amazing! She did an amazing job! Their products are great! Prices are affordable too!

Results turned out amazing

This was my first experience with filler and Botox and this spa was amazing. They were very knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns. Everything was quick and easy and not at all as long or  complicated as I thought it would be. The results turned out amazing, and I will be bringing my mom and sister here as well!

Love this place

Love this place, starting coming here to get facials and etc.. Staff are super welcoming and friendly.  My esthetician, always does a great job! Listens to all my skin concerns and my skin is always glowing after treatments. Definitely recommend this spa!!!

Absolutely Amazing

Kathe was absolutely amazing. I had a chemical peel. She helped me pick the best one for my skin, explained the full process, walked me through the steps and answered all my questions! I had alot of post peel questions, Kathe and staff responded so promptly and super friendly!!

I was in search of a place that does HydraFacials & was referred to Eterna Medspa in Shorewood.
The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. Kathe was my esthetician ... she's amazing. She is so nice & full of knowledge.
I had a fantastic experience & would highly recommend going to this location.

Clean and Great Customer Service

I've been going to Eterna Med Spa for over a year now for my Botox. They not only have the best prices, it's also a modern facility that is clean and has great customer service. The team there is well educated and I never feel like I'm being "sold" on any products or services. Not to mention they keep me looking younger than what I am, and for that I will always be a loyal customer, and you should be too!

Kind and knowledgeable

I went here for the first time a while back for a facial on my back. I've had issues with cystic acne and blackheads and this certainly helped. Sometimes your skin just needs that extra boost. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable!

Most relaxing experience

Have followed Kathe Malinowski for my facials for years - most relaxing experience as well as great results!!! Eterna's staff are all medical professionals, the receptionists are always polite, accommodating and helpful, The facility is warm, friendly, welcoming, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, They do offer a large variety of treatment options if you need or choose them.

Friendly and Inviting

Eterna Med Spa and Kathe are amazing. I have been going to them for three years for facials. Kathe gives an amazing facial and is very knowledgeable regarding caring for my skin. I see a difference in my skin because of that. The staff is very friendly and inviting. I would recommend Kathe and Eterna Med Spa to anyone.

Vein treatments

My first time getting treated for veins. I must admit I was nervous and worried about the outcome so far so good. The doctor and the entire staff is friendly and transparent. My favorite is (Amy) but I adore them all. Great service and great staff. Will post before and after pictures once everything heals.

I have been coming here for quite some years now. Every single time I come in I am greeted with a smile. They are not only welcoming but the service is great. This place is a little hidden gem in Shorewood. Vein treatments, facials, waxing and more. It’s a one stop shop for anyone looking for some self care service and I highly recommend it for anyone. Amazing Facial

I recently went there for my very first time on my birthday. The staff was so friendly. I had the most amazing facial by the head esthetician (I'm drawing a blank on her name.) She was so helpful. I'm hooked now and I'll be back multiple times to try all the different services they offer. Definitely recommend.
